Do you also deliver overseas outside the EU?
Mostly yes. Contact us and tell us your country. We're sure to find a solution! Due to the turmoil in the world, new shipping restrictions have been introduced. That's why we no longer "automatically" ship overseas except to the USA. There are also some items that are not suitable for long-distance shipping.
What should I do if goods arrive damaged?
If there is any transport damage, please contact us immediately and send us a photo of the damaged item. Depending on availability, you will receive a replacement product or a refund.
I want to return something... can I return it?
You have 2 weeks to return goods to our location in Austria without giving any reason. The goods must be unused, in their original packaging and undamaged. After receiving and inspecting the goods, you will receive a refund of your purchase price using the same method you paid.

Does return shipping cost anything?
If the goods are not damaged or have other defects, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure that the packaging is shockproof and that the return period is 2 weeks.
I ordered and found something else! Can I save on shipping costs?
Contact us quickly... maybe your package is still there. Then we'll pack everything together and you'll get a shipping fee refunded.
Do you pack with paper or plastic?
We attach great importance to paper and cardboard, and to sustainability in general. Some things need shock-proof bubble wrap or other useful aids to ensure that everything arrives safely.
Do I have to pay customs when I receive the goods?
If you are within the EU, there are no customs costs. We ship directly from Austria. Outside the EU, customs costs may apply, which you as the recipient must pay and which vary depending on the country.
How quickly do you process my order?
Your order will be processed immediately and usually on the same day (working day). You will then receive a shipping confirmation and can track the shipment.
I don't want to pay "online". How else can I pay?
No problem, you can also pay in advance or by invoice (Klarna). If you pay in advance (Money Order), you have up to 3 working days to transfer the invoice amount to us in advance. As soon as your money arrives, we will ship immediately. You will receive our bank details with the order confirmation and you can also find them under our "Payment options" section.
